Anjana ShekharGraduate Student Instructor (Health + Innovation)

Anjana values belonging and community. She believes everyone, everywhere deserves access to quality health services without financial hardship or bias. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Development Engineering at UC Berkeley and is committed to solving complex global challenges across for profit, non profit, and government sectors to address the needs of low-income communities around the world. Prior to Berkeley, she worked at Noora Health, leading people & culture initiatives using human centered design and behaviour change principles to drive change, promote inclusion, and enable growth of the organization’s mission and vision. She brought technical and strategic support enabling revenue creation, operational efficiency, and issue resolution at her roles at Hewlett Packard and Techno Print Chemicals. She led the transition readiness and aftercare verticals in Bangalore at Make A Difference, enabling educational opportunities for youth at shelter homes. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, and kayaking!
